The Contrast at the Taj

Have visited  the Taj a few times, from the time they allowed to visit the real graves to the time when it started turning yellow due to pollution, to the time when Yamuna looks pristine and marble, white. It never stops to amaze, in true sense, you can't keep your eyes off it!

Resurrection

The sky  descended upon the paddy fields, resurrecting the earth with a kiss from heaven.

Moving forward

They say, I should move on.

But I would rather move forward,

With your memories intact,

Till the end of my existence.

Butterflies

All that is necessary  to bloom,

is already cocooned within our own selves.

No words or actions of others,

Can stop us from metamorphosing,

into butterflies.

Luxury

Looking at the western sunlight of the setting Sun, I wonder, 

no matter how the day has been, 

this time of the evening never disappoints. 

Enjoying the daily show of the burning red Sun,

dipping behind the buildings,

from the luxury of the dining room,

I wonder, if this is all that I want.
